About the Staff

Al Weininger is the owner and founder of A&M. With more than 30 years experience in the HVAC industry, Al has developed many strong ties with local communities. Al continues today with the same philosophy he started his company with 18 years ago: "Do the right thing for your customer, and you will have a customer for life."

Andrew Dow is the lead service specialist, with more than 15 years experience from industrial to residential HVAC. "It was very hard to find a company that shared the same business ethics as me," Andrew says. "I was very impressed with the fact that A&M had a lot of the same customers since Al started the company in 1990. I have not been asked to do something unethical since I started with A&M 3 years ago. And in this business, that is really saying something!"

José Luís Perez has been in the industry for 9 years, and is our service specialist and lead installer. "He is one of the best installers I've seen." says Andrew. José has a keen eye for detail, which makes him stand out from the rest. José will not leave a job until everything is perfect.

Joy Mcquillan has worked in our office from day one, and is the backbone of our business. She always answers the phone with a friendly smile!
